You do not need to arrive as a polished teacher. You do need strong subject knowledge, thoughtful communication and a genuine willingness to help learners grow.

Safeguarding & expectations
Trust comes before matching.
Tutors working with school-age learners are expected to follow professional boundaries and appropriate safeguarding procedures. Parents or guardians should be involved in arrangements for younger learners, and appropriate DBS checks are expected where required.
